  1. Digital Measures Activity Insights The University has adopted the software program, Activity Insights from Digital Measures, Inc., to facilitate the generation of reports including the university score card, accreditation documents, and annual departmental reports.

  2. Digital Measures Activity Insights It is expected that the use of Activity Insights will eliminate repeated requests from University offices for information and also provide faculty with the ability to easily up-date their CV.

  3. Digital Measures Activity Insights • Graduate Assistants in the Dean’s Office have completed entry of the information you submitted last spring as well as the CV’s of new faculty hired during the summer. • Now is the time for you to go in and update your information.

  7. Digital Measures Activity Insights • Screen #2 will appear • Type your Missouri State University email address without the “@missouristate.edu” Enter your Missouri State University email address After entering address, click “submit”

Digital Measures Activity Insights • After clicking the “submit’ button, you will receive an email message, sent to your University Outlook email account, from Digital Measures giving you a password • Once you receive your password, you may login to the website at: • https://www.digitalmeasures.com/login/missouristate/faculty/

  11. Digital Measures Activity Insights • Once you are in the system, you will be able to navigate freely. • Check the data that has already been entered based on the CV you submitted in Spring 2008. • Update the system with additional data (e.g. recent publications; new rank; etc.)

  12. Digital Measures Activity Insights • ALL “Scholarship/Research” needs to be up-to-date for 2008 for use in the President’s University Scorecard – includes Intellectual Contributions, Intellectual Property and Presentations. The deadline is February 28th. • Do NOT input any information in the “Teaching” section at this time. This information will be imported from Banner at a later date.

  13. Digital Measures Activity Insights • You now have the option to print a copy of your CV from the Digital Measures system. • CV’s can also be downloaded in Word format for use and editing. • Visit your data pages regularly to ensure they remain up-to-date.
