  7. You may not be as varied as our system BUT…. Think about who has access to your system Do you know where they store the password?

  8. Questions to ponder • Does your staff spend time generating reports for customers? • Does your staff generate data for customers? • Do customers run reports that drag the system performance? • Do you have an off-site data backup?
