  10. What is it?

  11. What is it?

  12. What is it? • Organised according to our needs, as opposed to an A-Z listing, which may be challenging to search for newer staff.

  13. What is it ? • Platform for critical announcements (eg. change from 035 to 910 for exporting from WorldCat)

  14. What is it ?

  15. Why do this?

  16. Why do this? • Pointer to resources not traditionally covered by resource directories, eg. policies, internal documents, internal announcements, and internal decisions.

  17. Why do this? • Dynamic tool responsive to our peculiar needs and highly customisable.

  18. Why do this? • Allows for customisation/organisation of cataloguing resources according to Bib Svcs staff’s (at least 80%) needs. We are free to add/delete/organise links as we deemed fit unlike other resource directories which we have no control over.

  19. Why do this? • Practical-focused tool, esp. for NEW staff to cataloguing, or EXISTING staff required to catalogue in a different area, to allow for more productive and effective cataloguing.

  20. Why do this? • In anticipation of the implementation of SOEasy, with limited email disk space for every staff, this platform reduces the need to take up your personal storage space for common cataloguing knowledge resources and announcements.
