DEPARTMENT OF REGISTRATION AND STAMPS Verification of eSBTR • Verify stationery security features like • State Emblem of Sarnath Lions in the right bottom corner of eSBTR (Visible in bright light background) • Perforated Department’s logo in right top corner • Micro fibres scattered in stationery (Visible in bright light background) • Both the Stationery numbers printed on eSBTR should exactly match • Verify other details on eSBTR against details on document

  20. DEPARTMENT OF REGISTRATION AND STAMPS Defacement & Locking in ISARITA • Enter GRN & Challan Amount in iSARITA and check the payment details • If correct, proceed with Registration to lock the eSBTR • Physically deface the eSBTR • Attach defaced eSBTR with the document
