Liability Coverage Childcare Program automatically includes Professional Liability Premises and Operations Liability Abduction - $50,000 Medical Payments - $10,000 per person includes students and volunteers Damage to Premises Rented to You Volunteers as Additional Insured's Professional License Review

  5. LiabilityCoverage Abuse and Molestation Coverage Biggest challenge in childcare Automatically included in IL; optional in IA, IN, KS, KY, MI, MN, MO, OH, and WI Endorsement requires Criminal Background Checks for staff and volunteers

  12. Underwriting Information When quoting on WBConnect, an ACORD application is automatically generated with supplement. No additional applications or questionnaires are required. If not quoting on WB Connect, then mail, e-mail or fax completed Childcare Questionnaire including an ACCORD application OR NSI Childcare Application is required. Both the questionnaire and the application are available on WBConnect, but are not a requirement if submitting through WBConnect’s Childcare Quote process.

Tips for Childcare Providers Conduct background checks Keep the journal up-to-date Keep the procedural manual current Continue education Report but don't handle the claim Turn down that water temp! Use sprinklers to cool off in the summer Practice proper lifting techniques Dogs, cats, and kids – watch out!
