3. Security • Multiple security levels can be activated or none at all. • You can define all or specific functions users are allowed to do. • Once a users signs in, all functions preformed by them can be logged and tracked. • Automatic timed log-off can be enabled by station.

4. Prescription Entry (basic) • Two levels are available for prescription entry (Basic and Advance). • All activities can be done from this screen. • New Prescriptions can be easily entered with minimal steps providing for faster service and happy patients. • All name fields are intuitive and will illustrate the next full name found as you type. • Last 25 patients are memorized. • All Physician patient goes to are memorized.

5. Select the Patient • Once the patients’ name is entered the patients’ folder is displayed to further verify the correct patient. • You simply select the patient and continue. • Create a new patient profile on the fly.

6. Select the Physician • Next, you select the prescribing Physician by entering the Physicians’ name the same way you did for the patient. • The physicians’ folder is displayed to further verify the correct physician. • Same as with the patient folder, while in the folder you may correct any field or create a new physician on the fly.

7. Select the Drug • Next, you select the item prescribed. • Again, the items folder will be presented to further verify the correct item. • Inventory from multiple location can be viewed. • Propetual inventory. • Minimum, maximum levels. • Item cost history (by supplier). • Price change history. • Multiple pricing. • Drug expiration (mixing) controls. • Lot number tracker. • Inventory Cost, Value by month.

8. Done filling Rx • Enter the quantity prescribed. • Enter the refills authorized. • Verify the SIG automatically selected by the system or change it. • Your are done (click on the save button to save and print the prescription).

9. Patient History • Patients’ prescription history (as well as OTC items) can be displayed at any time. • Copy prescriptions. • Move prescriptions to the correct patient (easy way of fixing a Rx originally placed in the wrong patient). • Transfer Rx to another or from another pharmacy. • Fax to doctors office. • View patients’ history at other chain location. • View or print drug monograph. • View or write unlimited Rx notes. • Multiple Rx selection allowed.

10. Refills • View only patients Rx with refills. • Refill Rx in a snap. • Select one or multiple Rx to refill. • Refill automatic checks in place. • New price calculation or same price choice.

11. Mass Rx Refill • Unlimitted Rx can be entered to refill from different patients. • Automatic transmission. • Automatic Rx label printing. • Automatic Delivery sheet/Invoice printing.

12. Delivery tracking • Manage and track deliveries. • Respond quickly to patients request. • Track signatures. • Show patient prof of delivery. • Print delivery list in zone, address order.
