  3. Enjoying TV with friends and family • Current situation: LIS interpretation service is limited to few programmes, often broadcasted at unsocial hours

  4. Portable Access Services • Video signing, subtitles, audio description etc. shown on a hand-held device e.g. a smart phone. • A portable device can be used in a wide range of situations …at home …at the station …at the museum

  5. Enjoying TV with friends and family The deaf user can watch a TV programme, together with hearing people, following translation or subtitling on a personal device.
