  2. The Nationale DenkTank connects three areas Govern-ment • Promote cooperation and knowledge exchange between Government, Industry and Science • Provide practical and innovative solutions for societal problem Nationale DenkTank Industry Science

  3. Every year (since 2006) the DenkTank investigates one societal problem 2006 2009 Health care for chronically ill Energy efficiency 2007 2010 Education Trust in institutions 2008 2011 Working of the Future Healthy lifestyle of the youth

  4. Theme of my Nationale DenkTank 2012 and the next edition 2013 2012 Sustainable Food chain How can we feed the world in 2050? -> 9 billion people? Towards a sustainable food chain 2013 Healthcare How can we enable people to effectively manage their own health?

The Nationale DenkTank consist of 3 full-time phases Start Summer school Finish Nationale DenkTank Presentation ExpertForum August 20th Sep 3 October 5th November 15th December 10th Finishing report and preperation of presentation Solutions phase Summer school Analytic phase Implementation 2 weeks 5 weeks 4 weeks During the project professionel training and supervision: McKinsey&Company, KHMW, UvA, UL, THNK, De Baak, AEF, Conclusion, Newcom, YER, De Brauw 4
