  2. Re-engineering complete • All grantees migrated successfully • Many challenges overcome during transition • 5 emergency releases • 6th emergency release on 1/26/2010

  3. Recovery Act changes 2/12/2010 - 3 new reports for ARRA programs 3/31/2010 - Separate program path for TCAP, CDBG-R, and HPRP - 5 to 7 new ARRA reports May 2010 - 5 to 7 new ARRA reports - Geocoding

  4. Additional near-term changes • Expanding IDIS OnLine hours of operation • National Housing Trust Fund • Combined PR27 report for HOME • Ad-hoc reporting • BOSMAC reports • Continued application fixes and report tweaks

Transformation Initiative Proposed IDIS OnLine enhancements include: - Automate Consolidated Plan in IDIS OnLine - Automate Section 108 loan guarantee program - Improve financial controls for Program Income (PI) - Rebuild ESG screens and reports - Rebuild HOPWA screens and reports - Automate lead-based paint abatement tracking - Automate environmental review compliance tracking - GIS web-mapping of grant award data and activities
