Combined Tempe-RPTA annual operating cost savings of $3.4 million a year; 1.4 million to Tempe Actual savings exceed project team’s estimate Potential one-time infrastructure costs: $100,000 - $200,000. Fuel infrastructure upgrade cost estimate is $500,000-$600,000 Potential costs savings and operational improvements outweigh risks. MAJOR CONCLUSIONS
