  2. HelpAge India Staying in these homes has its own advantages and disadvantages. Some of the advantages include assistance and companionship, the two things that every elderly person needs, basic health care, ensuring a routine undisrupted life etc. Disadvantages include staying away from their near and dear ones, expenses involved might be more, absence of specialised and personalised care etc. However, the advantages disadvantages, most of which can be solved by just looking at some of the options available and availing of them. However, the biggest advantage which makes most of the other disadvantages seem insignificant is the availability of round the clock senior citizen health care. far outweigh the NGOs are however, not involved in only looking after senior citizens. They perform a host of other charitable work, support many seemingly impossible causes and are involved in a lot of other humanity benefitting work. Thus NGOs are defined to be organisations which Work for the upliftment of the society as a whole, Advocate human rights, https://www.helpageindia.org Toll Free No Elder Help Line C-14, Qutab Institutional Area 1800-180-1253 HelpAge India New Delhi - 110016

Primarily, the work of every non-profit organisation can be divided into 6 prominent roles: Infrastructure development and operation: This refers to the senior citizen retirement homes, orphanages, refugee shelters etc. that they build after seeking land and developing them as per their requirements. https://www.helpageindia.org Toll Free No Elder Help Line C-14, Qutab Institutional Area 1800-180-1253 HelpAge India New Delhi - 110016
