  2. School Records Broken in 07-08 Writing • 17% increase in 4th grade writing! • 93% at 3.5 or higher is the highest percentage in LWPE's history!

  3. School Records Broken in 07-08 Math 3rd Grade • 14% increase in 3rd grade math. 74% at 3 or higher is the highest for 3rd grade in LWPE's history. 5th Grade • 19% increase in 5th grade math! 49% at 3 or higher is the highest for 5th grade in LWPE's history!

  4. School Records Broken in 07-08 Science 5th Grade • 22% increase in 5th grade science. • 43% at 3 or higher is the highest for 5th grade in LWPE's history.

  5. Reading Goal • By the end of the 2008-2009 school year, 75% of students of targeted subgroups will score level 3 or above on the Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test Reading Subtest.

  6. Math Goal • By the end of the 2008-2009 school year, 75 % of students of targeted subgroups will score a level 3 or above on the Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test Math Subtest.

  7. Writing Goal • By the end of the 2008-2009 school year, 95% of students in all fourth grade subgroups will score 3.5 or above on the Florida Comprehensive Assessment Writing Subtest.

  8. Science Goal • By the end of the 2008-2009 school year, 65% of fifth grade students will score level 3 or above on the Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test Science Subtest.

  9. Parent Involvement Goal • By May 2009, we will increase the opportunities for parents and families to be involved in school functions / volunteering by 50% as measured by parent sign in logs.

  10. Positive Behavior Support Goal • By May 2009, Lakewood Park Elementary will decrease the number of discipline referrals by 15%.
