FUNCTIONS • Strategic and Operational Planning and Management • Product Planning, Development and Management • Product Maintenance • Needs Definition

  3. About RMWG Members • The INCOSE Risk Management Working Group is part of the SE Technical Committee. Members of the RMWG identify methods for risk management and share literature, best practices, and lessons learned. • Barney B.   4. Roles and Responsibilities • Chairs • Lead the RMWG activities. Recognize milestone contributions of members • Champion submission of inputs to INCOSE Journal and Insight • Set up meetings, plan agendas, document and distribute results • Members • Submit ideas for group activities • Participate in significant activities of the group • Develop products • Vote on issues and in elections, as appropriate

My Involvement • Joined RMWG in 2000 • Attended INCOSE International Workshop, 2001 • Met & Worked with RM Experts from Several Companies & Govt • Helped Address All Items On Group Agenda • Reviewed Papers for INCOSE 2001 and 2002 • Presented Paper for RMWG Chairman at INCOSE 2001 • Hosted RMWG Chairman as Presenter for North Star Chapter Meeting on Risk Management • Attended INCOSE Risk Management Symposium, 2001 • Useful Tools for Application to my Job • Confirmation Of Crusader Risk Program Soundness • Will Attend INCOSE International Workshop, 2002 • Will Participate in Risk Panel, INCOSE 2002
