  3. Expert Interview • Kristen and Jennifer Hicks • Work with the Franklin County Board MRDD program • Meet with MRDD patients and determine services/waivers that can be provided

  4. Expert Interview • Gatekeeper: • Existing system • Contains a pool of service providers • http://www.fcbmrdd.org/default.aspx?id=7.1 • Plug in necessary data and get matched with proper provider

  5. Finalizing Scope • Functionality not in system • Dealing with issues that need to be reported to child services • Dealing with specific waivers

  6. Finalizing Scope • Functionality of the system • Determine level of waiver • Given child profile, (C)OEDI form, and possible further questioning, the system will determine the appropriate service needed
