  2. Expectations • Must have your ID on to enter the classroom • Be respectful to others and yourself • Be positive • Be on time • Be positive • Be an active learner

  3. Items needed for class • Spiral Notebook • Pen/Pencil • All items will be left in the room

  4. Cell Phone Policy • Permian High Cell Phone Policy WILL Be Enforced

  5. Computers • Computers are to remain off unless directed otherwise. • Do not use the USB to charge your phone. • Do not draw on the modem, mouse, or table

  6. Passes out of class • One Student May Be Out Of Class At A Time • Unless Requested By Office or Nurse • When using the Black Pass Student Must Write Name and Have Me Initial When You Leave and Return

  7. Assignments & Grades • 99.9% of assignments are due at the end of class • Very rare/never will have homework • Due dates are FIRM… no excuses • Papers will be graded within 2 days of them being turned in. • Grades will be updated weekly for you to view on the front board • You will have at least 2 grades per week • You will have a journal grade regularly

  8. Late Work • If you missed class, you are responsible for collecting the missed work for that day. • If you take an assignment you must sign it out, as proof that you have received the work • Make up work may be done up until the last week of the 6 weeks.

  9. Textbook • Textbooks will remain in class • If you missed work from the book you must come in to make it up • You will not be allowed to take a book home with you • Do not write in the textbooks or on the book covers • You are responsible for keeping up with your assigned book number
