  3. Aim of Programme The aim of the programme is • To build on the candidates’ instructor development • To develop assessment knowledge, skills and competencies

  4. Knowledge to be Gained Upon completion of the programme the candidate will know: • The distinction between instruction and assessment • The principles of assessment • The CFT exam and jury system • The standards expected of them as examiners

  5. Skills to be Acquired Upon completion of the programme the candidate will be able to: • Apply the principles of assessment • Contribute to discussions in Jury and non-Jury examinations • Act professionally as a CFT examiner

  6. Competencies to be Developed Upon completion of the programme the candidate will be competent in • Applying the principles of assessment • Managing CFT exams • Applying professional standards
