  2. 马传染性贫血病毒 Equine infectious anemia virus 致病性

  3. 基本特征 1．球形， 90-140nm 。 2. 有囊膜，囊膜表面有许多细小的突起 。 3. 单股RNA ，分两个节段。 4. 能凝集豚鼠、鸡、人O型红细胞。

  4. 抗 原 性 1、大约有8个血清型 2、不同毒株间的抗原有差异。 3、无交叉免疫。 4、与本科的其他成员无共同抗原。

  5. 培养特性 幼驹的骨髓瘤细胞，马外周的血液白细胞，马脾的继代细胞均可生长，一般需盲传几代，才产生CPE。
