  2. Login to the daq01 farm. • Input: “../i686-slc3-gcc323-opt/toa” (Hint: you don’t have to type the full path name, you can only type: ../i and then press “Tab”, the full path name will automatically show up.

  3. The TOA GUI is shown, choose any one from the history list or open a new one.

  4. Try to open “Q --- Reference --- Ref_1”, you can see there are 4 histograms below it. They are history data histograms/graphs.

  5. Choose the ‘mean & ..’, you can see the “Mean of Q history Data Graph”

  6. Results: From the Q-Ref-DB_2.ps , we can see the sigma of Ref are almost the same, and the mean increase. From the Q-TOF-DB_3.ps, the sigma of TOF counter and the mean increase. The sigma/mean is about 5% at 7.0 intensity. From the T-TOF-DB_4.ps, the sigma decreases as the pulse height increases.

  7. Hints: after you run the program and open one file to analysis, you can found these histogram in the tables, they are automatically generated.
