  4. Improved Physical Fitness Uniform Tips on Wearing IPFU: • Jacket - Zipped up; sleeves down • T-Shirt - Tucked in • Socks - Wear straight up; don’t roll or fold • Watch cap - Pull down snug; fold up bottom, don’t roll

  7. Patrol Cap

  8. Beret • Edge binding 1 inch above eyebrows and straight across forehead. Center the flash and the stiffener above the left eye. • Hair should not extend below the front bottom edge of the beret.
