  2. 7800 S. Phase III Engineer: CH2M HILL Inc. Contractor: UDOT/Condie Construction Contract Award Date: November 12, 2008 Project Scope: Installation of 24-inch and 30-inch pipeline from 2700 West to Bangerter Highway and new vault at 3200 West.

  3. 7800 S. Phase III Change Order #3: $225,640 Change in depth of the bore underneath Bangerter Highway due to conflicting utilities. Change Order #4: $2,088 Additional potholing at Bangerter Highway. Change Order #7: $3,175 Changes to the connection to the existing pipe at 2700 West. Change Order #12: $7,014 Changes in the pressure rating of the pipe in the 3200 West vault and deletion of the interconnection to the old 16-inch pipe. Change Order #17: $61,811 Project Acceleration Costs. Change Order #20 $0 Changes to the Pipe Coating Specification

  4. 7800 S. Phase III Change Order #23: $22,626 Utility conflicts on the 24-inch and 30-inch pipeline and changes to the vault at 3200 West. Change Order #24: $58,825 Delay claims, traffic control credit, Bangerter jack and bore standby costs and liquidated damages.
