  2. Definition • Voucher • (ˈvaʊtʃə)   — n 1. a document serving as evidence for some claimed transaction, as the receipt or expenditure of money • Dictionary.com

  3. Why vouch? • You volunteer yourtime; do not volunteer your parents money • To support the division you serve • To use the fund from the members’ dues to go back and support them

  4. Items to Vouch • Printing Expenses (publications, paper reams, ink, etc) • Postage (mailed publications, vouchers) • Administrative (polo/tie, bell/gavel, office supplies) • Telephone (minutes) • Mileage (Club Visits, DCMs, Div. Projects, etc) • Miscellaneous (awards, decorations, other office supplies, snacks)

  5. Items NOT to Vouch • Personal Items • Over-the-top electronics (e.g. laptop, printer, tablet) • 3 Main Course Dinners for members • Spirit/Mascot items • Things unrelated to Key Club • Anything else that sounds ridiculous and outside the realm of Key Club
