  4. CNRL Sikanni • Important Wintering Area, and • Animal Travel Corridor • Signs of Moose, Elk, Caribou, Bear, Bison, Deer, Marten, Ptarmigan, & smaller amimals • Damaging Cut & Fill Wellsite • Short Ice Road • 2 Drilling Seasons

Conclusion • Murphy Project was Environmentally successful, with limited long term impacts to veg. or soils • Marathon Project used conventional cut and fill technology • CNRL also used damaging cut and fill technology. • THEREFORE: • Best Available Practices have not been used, & • Adaptive Management has not been utilized.
