  9. Recording Service This allows the person who books the session to record and then retrieve the recording within the next 14 days. • Currently in pilot (Until end of June 2009) • Service available via JVCS Booking System • Various file formats and resolutions available

  10. Streaming Service • Stream conferences to web browser • Non-Interactive, but useful for sites without VC kit • Stream to various media players • Live in June 09
