  3. Organizational Changes Last fall, NOTAM Policy moved from Aeronautical Information Management • under Mission Support Services to Flight Services Program Operations • under System Operations Services. The US NOTAM system remains under AIM.

  4. Policy Status - Highlights • JO 7930.2N, Notices to Airmen, implementation date is delayed until October 1, 2013 • All NOTAMs have an effective/expiration time • Estimated (EST), permanent (PERM) or auto-expire • Field Condition (FICON) NOTAMs • Conditions Not Monitored • Observed At
