Write the name of a vegetation zone on each sticky note. With your group, decide where on the map you think each sticky note belongs.

Coin Etching Activity • Watch me as I do a coin etching. • Now take one of the pieces of paper in the center of your table and a pencil. • Go to each station and make an etching of the coin that you find there as I demonstrated. Then write the name of the coin near your etching. • After you have finished with each station seat back down at your table.

  42. Today… We will read the story Cinco De Mayo: Celebrating the Traditions of Mexico. Students will present their newscasts they have been working on all week. This will be filmed by the teacher. Students will take the Post Assessment. We will celebrate the end of the unit with the guacamole we learned about on Thursday and provided chips. Students will watch a traditional Mexican dance and be encouraged to dance along. Traditional Dance
