Aspects of Motivation Choose your attitude – have fun, make somebody’s day, and be there Talk to get motivated – find people around you who can help you become more motivated Boost your confidence – make a mental list of your strengths, past successes, and current advantages Search for opportunities – challenge the process, provide opportunities for personal and professional growth Respect and trust – lead by example
