Neighbor, Dianne Sodeborg (sp) (Campbell) called Mesa County Road and Bridge and Palisade Irrigation to stop me farming. Her father, said murderer, stopped farming my 8 acres in the early 60’s. Neighbor, Dianne, didn’t want me farming. She couldn’t stop me with Mesa County Road and Bridge (road subgrade damage) so she tried Palisade Irrigation District (PID) to stop me by claiming I was making her irrigation box sink. Of course I wasn’t). Bob Arteburn, PID Ditch Rider, shut off my irrigation water though right as I had started irrigating.
