Knowledge Management / Sharing Strategy Provides recomendations for making the implementation of the project more efficient by: • Accelerating the information flow between the project partners, and • Displaying tools presenting the project results to the stakeholders, politicians, decision makers, and the professionally interested audience.

  3. Why? • PP’s create valuable products. • Efficiency (time, avoid repetition) • Togetherness (unity, same page) • Winning votes, engaging the decision maker audience! • Providing a show-case for DaHar

  4. What knowledge? • „Status quo”-reports • „State of the Art” studies • „Deep dive process” results (IWT Lab reports) • Master Plans • Other EU projects, strategies (Danube strategy, NELI project) • Knowledge provided by local, international and EU networks • Contact system, database • Practical (non-professional) knowledge, tools, methods • Etc.

Goals • Forwarding the amassed knowledge to the partners • Forwarding the knowledge to concerned parties outside the project • Integrating the amassed knowledge to national professional (+ EU) politics • Establishing contact and cooperation with other EU projects, professional organizations and ports • Making the project implementation efficient, accelerating the speed of information flow between partners
