  1. How to Submit Work Orders • In the Internet Explorer address bar type in “myschoolbuilding.com (or click on the link above to access) Using “Myschoolbuilding.com”

  2. Enter email address and hit submit yourname@gcsd.k12.sc.us If you are asked for school number enter use: 210767354

  3. Make sure the following information is correct. If you are a 1st time user then fill in the information

  4. Choose “Maint Request” from the top tabs

  5. Once logged on this screen should appear. Fill in the required information (red check boxes) listed in steps 1 & 2.

  6. In step 3 choose the appropriate craft icon that best describes your request and complete step 4 with a brief description.

  7. Once maintenance icon is selected and description is filled out , pictures or drawings can be attached in step 5 if needed. In Step 6 enter the password obtained from administrator or via email (“Forgot Password?”) and submit in Step 7.

  8. This is your Home Page where you can check your requests status or go to other School Dude programs the district uses.
