  5. What was their agenda? To terrorize the United States of America. Seranity.com

  6. Definition of terrorize • Terrorize (tr.v) • To fill or overpower with terror; terrify • To coerce by intimidation or fear Seranity.com

  7. Without our cooperation, the terrorists cannot fulfill their objectives. Seranity.com

  8. In other words For this terrorist act to be truly successful, we must continue to be overcome with fear. Seranity.com

  9. More to the point • This event is not over and done with. • America will retaliate, to prevent this from ever happening again. Seranity.com

  10. For America to succeed • We want to present the strongest America possible. • Strong America • Strong economic support • Strong community support Seranity.com

  11. A difficult task • Some of us can be involved directly. • Some of us are asking,”What can I do?” Seranity.com

  12. Something you can do. • Let’s start with something the rest of us can do right now. • And it’s very difficult. Seranity.com

  13. Step 1 - Stop fear from growing. • Fear feeds itself and gains control. • Acknowledge and realize that whatever you are feeling or have felt about these attacks is okay. Seranity.com

  14. Step 2 - Shrink your fear. • By exercising choice you gain power. • Tell yourself right now, “I can be afraid if I want to. The terrorists don’t control me.” Seranity.com
