  4. “RIC Lux” car There is a bathroom with a shower, an arm-chair and a TV-set at each compartment. The shelves are vertically positioned. conductor’s compartment

  5. RIC 1st and 2nd class car RIC 1st class. There are 10 compartments with the vertically positioned shelves in the car. Both “Single” and “Double” accommodation possible. There is a tip-up seat and a washstand in each compartment.The car is equipped with the shower room. RIC 1st and 2nd class. There are 11 compartments with the vertically positioned shelves in the car. The passenger can choose between 1st class (2 shelves) and 2nd class (3 shelves). There is a tip-up seat and a washstand in each compartment.

  6. Restaurant car Restaurant car maintained by JSC “FPC” Moscow subsidiary runs with the train №23/24 from Moscow to Brest and from Brest to Moscow. The catering company also offer their services on the “Premium” trains. JSC “VARS” (Poland) maintains the restaurant car from Warsaw to Paris and back. The staff speaks Polish and English. The menu written on Russian and English consist of European cuisine meals. Lux cars’ passengers are offered breakfast daily (price included into the ticket value).

[Logo: RZhD] Organization of servicing for passengers of Train Moscow – Paris Competitive selection of car guards was provided for the purpose of organization of servicing for passengers of Train Moscow – Paris. Fundamental requirements: higher education and basic knowledge of a foreign language. Preference was given to candidates younger than 40 years old with work experience of at least two years. 5 trainmasters, 5 train electricians and 71 car guards were selected. The employees completed training under a custom program including studies in psychology, ethics, passenger service culture and deep study of foreign languages: German, English and French. Duration of training: 1 month at the Corporate Staff Training Methodological Center. The employees are supplied with phrase-books upon completion of the training . The employees were briefed in accident prevention regulations as applicable on the railway networks of France and peculiarities of application of these regulations at the Technical Center of Paris East train station.
