It is in close proximity to the Blue Ridge Parkway and the Appalachian Trail - volunteers get free admission to the Grandfather Mountain attractions! Participants will help to build a home, and have various opportunities to connect with the Avery County community. There will also be plenty of time to enjoy the breathtaking Carolina mountains.
