  5. Step 1: Review Your Current Plan • What Was Successful? • What Was Not Successful? • What did I completely Forget?

  6. Step 2: Understand Your District • Needs Assessment • Where are we at with… • Hardware • Software • Network…. • What are our challenges? • What are our advantages?

  7. Step 3: Setting Goals • Stay Realistic • What do I need to accomplish this goal? • Incorporate into your staff development plan

  8. Step 4: Preparing a Budget • Budget Generously, but realistically • Account for all aspects of Technology • Don’t forget to include everything included in your plan!

  9. Step 5: Evaluation Plan • How are you going to evaluate your plan? • Who will be involved? • Does your Evaluation Plan have any expenses tied to it?
