  27. 注意事项 • 昏迷、牙关紧闭者用张口器。 • 长期应用抗生素 、激素者注意观察有无真菌感染。 • 昏迷患者禁忌漱口,以防误吸。 • 擦洗时,动作宜轻,避免损伤粘膜及牙龈,棉球不可过湿,以防患者将溶液吸入呼吸道。 • 擦洗时勿触及软腭、咽部以免引起病人恶心。
