  2. Colour is everywhere you look, Outside, inside, in your book. Open your eyes and you will see, A rainbow world waiting For you and me. Blue for sky and ocean deep. Red for cherries, fire and heat. Green for frogs, leaves and grass. Yellow for sun and happiness. Look around and you will see Colours, colours for you and me. Book p.2

  3. Book p.6 (1) Do you prefer the light blue or the dark blue flowers? (2) I prefer those dark blue ones. (3) Do you prefer apples or mangoes ? (4) Do you prefer red apples or green apples ? (5) I prefer green apples . (6) Do you prefer bananas or mangoes ? (7) I prefer mangoes .

  6. Mixing Colours When an artist paints pictures, he mixes paints together. He mixes red, blue and yellow to make other colours. Look! Red and yellow make orange. Red and blue make purple. Yellow and blue make green. Sometimes, an artist may need pale colours. Then, he mixes white paint with bright colours. Sometimes, an artist may need dark colours. Then he mixes black paint with bright colours. When he mixes paints, he can make all the colours of rainbow and many more! Book p.10

  7. c and h together make a new sound. ch is the sound you hear at the beginning of the word chimpanzee. ch Book p.11 Red is cherry and a chilli too. Brown is the colour of the chocolates the chimps eat at the zoo. sh s and h together make a new sound. sh is the sound you hear at the beginning of the word shoe. She has shells of all colours, White, brown and blue. Will she share her shells with you?
