New user selects an account type • New users MUST enter company name and address information consistently. • All required fields must be entered in order for user to continue • System requires an email address and phone number, for system auto generated emails (request for services) 4

Gateway: Online Customer Registration Company Profile Summary screen appears when the company info is entered and submitted. • The system allows the user to Edit or Continue within the same session. • A user can log back into the Business Customer Gateway and edit Profile data as necessary. Step 6. New user reviews information entered & captured by the system. 5

Gateway: Online Customer Registration This Privacy Act screen appears when the Company Profile information is captured. • agreement replaces hardcopy 1357c • the user must read and accept the term and conditions of the Act, and select the Yes radio button in order to continue Step 7. New user reads and accepts the Privacy Act 6

Gateway: Online Customer Registration A Business service is added by user • selecting one of the service links • entering the Service (then click the Submit) • filtering using the Locate Service dropdown menu (then click the Select) • A user is allowed to cycle through to add add’l service(s) Step 8. New user requests a business service 7

Gateway: Online Customer Registration Existing business locations display once the service is selected • user selects location by clicking the checkbox at the left. • user clicks New Business location button to add additional business locations to profile. Step 9. New user selects the business locations she wants associated to this service 8

  9. Gateway: Online Customer Registration Confirmation page displays the Service being requested and the Business location(s) for that Service Step 9. New user confirms or cancels the business service request 9

Gateway: Business Service Service that requires multi-users for same company requires a BSA Approval • The user has the option to assume the BSA role or wait for the Service until the BSA is assigned at the business location • The BSA agreement list the Responsibility, Obligations and rule in the instance of Administrator Personnel Change. Step 10. New user has the option to assume the BSA role 10

Gateway: Business Service The hardcopy USPS Participation Agreement has been replaced by an electronic Terms & Conditions • User clicks through agreement that the and accepts T&Cs for the business location • User certifies understanding (checks box) Step 11. New user accepts the T&Cs of the business service 11

Business Service Administrator The Business Service Administrator (BSA) • Key contact for a Business Location for the management of the selected Service. • Approves and deactivates all user requests for Services at the business location • Assigns the appropriate access levels to its users • Assigns additional approved users to the BSA role The first user requesting a service for a business location will be prompted to assume the BSA role • User requests access to a Service for a business location, the system checks to see if that service requires a BSA. • If yes, the system checks to see if the BSA is assigned • If no BSA, the user requesting access will be notified of the BSA requirement and asked if they will assume the BSA responsibility • If the user agrees to become the BSA the registration process continues. • If user declines, the service request goes into a pending status until there is a BSA for this Service at the Business Location • The request is held for 25 days, then is purged
