  4. Ultriva Rules – Agenda • Better understanding of how to create Rules/Alerts in Ultriva • This will be a multi part webinar series • We will have a few short surveys throughout this webinar and will give you the results

Rules/Alerts – General Information • Rules allow users to set up alerts that are generated when an event happens or does not happen. • Alert can be shown in the browser when the user logs in to Ultriva, sent via email, or both. • Detailed information is available using the “How do I?”feature when you are viewing the Rule List.

  6. Rules/Alerts - General Info Alerts can be set up at the System Level (App CSR) * or the Local Level * Important: Do not make changes to the System Level rules without assistance from Ultriva.

  7. Rules/Alerts – Things to Keep in Mind What kind of an alert do you want? (Card Released, Not Accepted, Late Shipment, Notes Added, etc.) Check for an existing rule. Who do you want to receive the alert? Alert Delivery – Browser, Email, or Both?

Rules/Alerts – Things to Keep in Mind Alert Subject – What you want for the Subject of the Alert? – Most have default values Alert Message – What do you want for the body of the alert, what fields do you want to include? Most have default values Depending on the type, when you create a rule, it generally goes into effect for cards released after that time. If cards are already In Cycle, it may not apply to those cards.
