Sunday, May 20- Wednesday, May 23 • Program Cost: $1074.00 • Transportation Cost: $263.00 – Flight • Important Dates: • January 3, 2012 Deadine to submit Pink Form to Mr. Varrecchione • January 12, 2012 Online Close Up Enrollment Form and $300 non-refundable deposit • April 15, 2012 Balance due • May 3, 2012 100% cancellation fee after this date • ***For students not paying online, checks made out to Close Up Foundation can be submitted to Mr. Varrecchione 1 week prior to the above deadlines.
