Cleavage- A mineral that splits easily along flat surfaces.
Fracture- Describes how a mineral looks when it breaks apart in an irregular way.
Divergent boundary- The place where two plates move apart, or diverge.
Anticline- A fold in rock that bends upward into an arch.
Batholith- A mass of rock formed when a large body of magma cools inside the crust.
