Important Tips • Get to know your customer • Remember to track the service in Employ Florida • Printable for case files or providing to customer • Can be updated in EFM for one (1) year • May not be able to complete in EFM if a person has an open registration in another Region. Important Tips • Objective Assessment is not an automatic entry (203) into the “Activities” tab when completed in EFM. • Career Plan (EDP/IEP) is an automatic entry of 205 in the “Activities” tab when a date is set. • Objective Assessment should be done first. • If signed by customer, a best practice is to keep on file
