  2. We, at House of Colors are in a constant endeavor to give your housing need a new meaning. So we have come up with a cluster of Premium Eco Condominiums called “Floating Gardens”. This is a housing project where our aim is to bring bliss and harmony to your living space by bringing the outside – inside, where one feels endless space, breathes fresh air in the green ambience and also has the luxury and independence which is unique in its own way. Each condo speaks of its beholder where it encompasses him/her to relax and be himself/herself. The housing block will hold 18 premium condos. All of them are 3 B.H.K.s with gardens for each condo. The building has a stilt level for car parking and three levels on top, each holding 6 condos. The condos are designed keeping in mind the aesthetic value of living space, the importance of tranquility, well being and working space of each area. High quality construction materials, the latest technology with safety & security systems are part and parcel of these condos . In our attempt to provide a larger Green Foot Print, we have planned for installation of Solar Water Heaters, Solar powered outdoor lights, Rain Water Harvesting Systems to name a few. A Floating Garden to each of the condos, CCTV Surveillance System and many other interesting facilities would be provided to make your living in these abodes a pleasure.
