EDS CONSTITUTION & BYLAW CHANGES In order to more appropriately reflect the volunteer-led, volunteer-driven nature of the Electron Devices Society, I propose to change the name of our chief governing body from the EDS Administrative Committee (AdCom) to the EDS Board of Governors (BOG). All roles and responsibilities of this body will remain as presently described in the EDS Constitution and Bylaws. Only the name will change.
