How The Mental Disability Effects Every Day life • A mental disability is a mental or behavioral pattern or anomaly that causes either suffering or an impaired ability to function in ordinary life. • There could be a caregiver, in the family, to take care of the person with a mental disability.

  3. How The Mental Disability Effects Every Day life(continued) • There are many varieties of mental disabilities around the world. Some need to be taken more care of then the rest. • The family of the person who has a disability, has to hire a psychiatrist. To determent what does the person have

The difficulties of caring for a mentally ill person • Caring for a mentally disabled person can be depending on what disease they have. • A mentally disabled adult can also act like a child they can’t control that. • And you have to dedicate yourself to helping a mentally disabled person because you have to look after them 24/7

  5. The difficulties of caring for a mentally ill person(continued) • There will be a lot of money spent for caring and medicine for the mental ill person. • The mental disabled person mite not control their actions. Like if they hit you, they mite be upset or mad.

  6. Support given for care givers • They provide a person to come to your house and take care of your mentally disabled person so you can take a break. • they also provide training from nurses and physical therapists

  7. Support given for care givers (continued) • Some car givers get abuse by the mental disable person • Some volunteer or get paid by either you or your insurance company
