LUSD increased the percent of students Meeting or Exceeding Standards by 1 Percentage Point(42 to 43) • Four grades increased their percent of students Meeting or Exceeding Standards (Grade 3 [+7], Grade 4 [+3], Grade 6 [+ 4], Grade 8 [+1]), while three (3) grades had decreases (Grade 5 [-1],Grade 7 [-3], Grade 11 [-8]). • Grade 11 showed the highest percent Meeting or Exceeding Standards with 48 %, and Grade 3 represented the greatest gain with an additional 7% of students Meeting or Exceeding Standards. LUSD maintained the percent of students Meeting or Exceeding Standards by remaining at 32 percentage points. • Three (3) grades increased their percent of students Meeting or Exceeding Standards (Grade 3 [+3], Grade 4 [+1], Grade 6 [+4]), while four (4) grades decreased their percent of students Meeting or Exceeding Standards (Grade 5 [-3], Grade 7 [-1], Grade 8 [-1], Grade 11 [-2]. • Grade 3 showed the highest percent Meeting or Exceeding Standardswith 42%. • Grade 6 represented the greatest gain with an additional 4% of students Meeting or Exceeding Standards in that grade level.   4. 28 of 47 sites had an increase in the percent of students Meeting or Exceeding Standards, over the 2016-2017 school year. • 3 sites maintained their percent of students Meeting or Exceeding Standards over the 2016-2017 school year. • The sites with the largest increase in the percent of students Meeting or Exceeding Standards over the 2016-2017 school year are: • Silva Elementary 10 point increase • Independence High 10 point increase • Live Oak Elementary 9 point increase • Beckman Elementary 9 point increase School Site ELA Information

There is one Title 1 School with a higher percentage of Students Meeting or Exceeding Standard than the Lodi USD total of 43%: • Borchardt Elementary with 44% • Morada Middle matched the Lodi USD performance with 43% • The Title 1 Schools with biggest gains year-over-year in percentage of Students Meeting or Exceeding Standard were: • Beckman Elementary and Live Oak Elementary each with an increase of +9% • Additionally 15 Title 1 schools met or exceeded the Lodi USD gain of 1% • The Title 1 School with the biggest gains over 3 years (2015 to 2018) in percentage of Students Meeting or Exceeding Standard was: • Live Oak Elementary with a 3 Year Change increase of +17% • Additionally 17 Title 1 Schools met or exceeded the Lodi USD gain of +6% 2017-18 ELA

There are two Title 1 Schools with a higher percentage of Students Meeting or Exceeding Standard than the Lodi USD total of 32%: • Nichols Elementary with 39% • Borchardt Elementary with 37% • The Title 1 Schools with biggest gains year-over-year in percentage of Students Meeting or Exceeding Standard were: • Nichols Elementary with an increase of +10% and Lawrence Elementary with an increase of +6% • Additionally 15 Title 1 schools met or exceeded the Lodi USD gain of 0% • The Title 1 Schools with the biggest gains over 3 years (2015 to 2018) in percentage of Students Meeting or Exceeding Standard were: • Nichols Elementary (+18%), Lawrence Elementary (+13%), and Live Oak Elementary (+12%) • Additionally 10 Title 1 Schools met or exceeded the Lodi USD gain of 4% 2017-18 Math
