  11. Wealsocollaboratewithapprenticeshipprogramsandvocationalhigh-schooltoimprove on skilledandqualifiedpersonnel.

  12. Weshareandhelpourmemberstosolvetheirproblems. But forthose of a biggerscalethatmight not solvedfromoursidewereporttheissuetothenextinstanceforresolutionandkeeptrack of theissue.
