  1. How to Print a Class Roster via Colleague Updated 3-15-2010

  2. After logging into Colleague, select ST for the Student System from the Apps Menu.

  3. Type SROS in the Quick Access text box and click go to access the SROS screen. In the Print Special Needs text box type Y for Yes. In the Print Dropped/Withdrawn box type N for No. Do not enter Section Dates.

  4. In the Separate Cross-List text box type Y for Yes. In the Print Waitlisted text box type N for No. In the Print Phone Types drop down box, select BUS for Business Phone numbers, etc. Click on the arrows to select additional numbers from the drop down box e.g. HOME.

  5. In the Terms text box, type the year and term e.g. 2009CSU, or CSP, FA and then press enter. In the Sections text box, type a course and section number e.g. FRN 1010 LD01 and then press enter. Be sure to click save to save work and advance to the next screen. Use the Arrows Button to print more than one term or section.

  6. Don’t make any changes on this page. Click save to advance to the next screen.

  7. In the Output Device textbox, Type H for Hold (to print a roster) or E for Electronic Delivery (to send a roster as an email). Click save to advance to the next screen.

  8. How to Email a Roster In the Email Subject Box, Enter an Email Subject e.g. Roster. In the Email Recipients Box, Enter an email address e.g. steven.tyler@students.pgcc.edu. Click save to save and the SROS screen will display. The email will be sent in the email and not as an attachment.

  9. In the Execute in Background mode text box type N. Be sure to click save to save work and advance to the next screen.

  10. Click Finish to advance to the next screen. Check the Close Automatically when complete to not see this screen in the future.

  11. Click print to print a roster. A printer setup box will display. Select Landscape (for the best results) from the Orientation Box. Then click ok.

  12. To save a roster as an attachment Click on the file icon to save the text file as an attachment. Select the location to save the text file. The saved file will open in notepad.
