  2. FLEET MANAGEMENT Strategy 3 – PM Compliance 1. Ensure 97% departmental PM compliance on County vehicles and equipment. Strategy 4 – Cost reductions 1. Continue to evaluate in-sourcing opportunities in order to offset costs to BoCC departments. 2. Monitor fuel usage by fuel type. GOAL: To provide safe, reliable, economical and environ-mentally sound fleet services that are responsive to customer needs and that conserve vehicle value and equipment investment.
