  3. 2 years later patient had trauma,Shoulder Dx , recurrent, pain

  4. What to Do?

  5. Second Operation, Artroscopic repair!

  6. Recurrence 10 month later with minor trauma? What to do ?

  7. Third operatin, bony block, Laterjet !

  8. 6 wk later
