  1. Direct Objects • Recibe la acción del verbo • Pregúntate— ¿Qué? or ¿Quién? I hit the ball. (What did you hit?) She saw me. (Who did she see?) • Normalmente es una cosa, pero puede ser a una persona.

  2. Ejemplos: S V DO We set the table. S V DO Prep…………….. She put the dog next to me. S V DO Prep……………….. They saw me at the store. S V DO Prep………………………………. The taxi dropped her off close to the airport.

  3. Direct Object Pronouns (en español) ME - me NOS – us TE - you LO, LA – he/she/ LOS, LAS –them/ya’ll it/you (formal) *DOPs SIEMPRE están delante del verbo conjugado en una frase.

  4. Ejemplos: • Ella compra un boleto. Ella lo compra. • Nosotros vemos a la agente. Nosotros la vemos. • Yo facturo las maletas. Yo las facturo. • Tú haces un viaje.  Tú lo haces.
