Inserting a Symbol from the Symbol Dialog Box • Click the Insert Symbol button (Insert tab | Text group) to display the Insert Symbol gallery • Click More Symbols in the Insert Symbol gallery to display the Symbol dialog box • Click the Font box arrow to display the list of available fonts • Scroll as necessary in the list and then click Wingdings to display the symbols • Click the desired symbol to select it • Click the Insert button to place the symbol in the publication to the left of the insertion point • Click the Close button to close the dialog box Sharing and Distributing Publications

Using the Research Task Pane • Locate the word you want to look up • While holding down the ALT key, click the word you want to look up to open the Research task pane and display a dictionary entry for the referenced word. Release the ALT key • Click the All Reference Books box arrow in the Research task pane to display a list of search locations • Click All Research Sites in the list to display Web sites with information about the referenced word Sharing and Distributing Publications

Sending an E-Mail Message Using Publisher • Click File on the Ribbon to display the Backstage view • Click the Save & Send tab to view the Save & Send gallery • If necessary, click the Send Using E-mail tab • Click the Send Current Page button to display the special boxes and buttons used for e-mailing • If you want to send the e-mail message, type your e-mail address in the To box, enter a subject, and then click the Send button. Sending a Postcard as an Attachment • Display the Backstage view • If necessary, click the Save & Send tab and then click Send Using E-mail • Click the Send as Attachment button to display the Untitled Message (HTML) dialog box • In the To box, type the desired e-mail address • In the Subject box, type the desired subject • Click the message area, and then type the desired message • If you want to send the e-mail attachment, replace the e-mail address with your own, and then click the Send button to send the e-mail message along with its attachment and to close the e-mail window. Otherwise, close the Untitled Message (HTML) dialog box without saving Sharing and Distributing Publications
